## Outcome
Timed player/NPC Killing Spree and source-confirmed active-five RoM fixes are implemented. Vow's live counter and full 8.4-second silence pass after correcting the source Nature Thorns cast gate. Normal Barren fully clears in 13:36.9 with one casualty; strict Wailing reaches and defeats Lady with all five actors alive, while full Wailing completion remains unverified. Sampled camera visibility/right-drag checks pass. The final build, 296 focused assertions, Ready-five checks and repository/vault hygiene pass. Blood Arrow's separate base toggle/cost migration remains open.
